Our son Owen became a decent writer over the years, but as a senior in high school he needed assistance with a college essay topic, organization, and the proof/re-write process. Susan is worth her weight in gold and fulfilled the need! Owen and Susan met multiple times over a few month period, and right off the bat I noticed they had a nice working relationship as he never complained about going to their meeting or the process itself.
